For United States Orders:
When you place an order, your shipping will be free if your order is $50.00 or more. If your order is less than $49.99 your shipping will be a flat rate of $10.00. All free shipping orders will go by US Postal Service, Parcel Select, or First Class. Priority Mail has a 2-3 day target for delivery, but does not have a time guarantee. If you need time guaranteed shipments like 2-Day or Overnight please call us at 309-289-2150 and will use UPS or Fed-Ex. Orders must be received by 11:00AM CST time to be shipped that day. Orders received after 11:00AM CST will go out the following business day. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11:00AM on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Sorry - No Refunds for expedited shipment fees that do not arrive on time due to the carrier.
For Orders Outside of the United States:
Currently we do not ship outside of the United States.

Return Policy
You may return any unopened item purchased from Lifeline Wellness Institute for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in good condition, in the original form of payment. Open items will be issued a store credit.
